Basically everything: 1) Room - It is small, but in a cozy way. You have everything you would ever need, from USB/lightning charging, mugs, table lamp, table with a decent size, large TV, the stick thingy to make it easier to put on your shoes, shoebrush and polishing cloth. In the bathroom you have an assortment of toiletries, a modestly-sized bathtub with an anti-fog mirror, and a nice heated toilet with those super awesome cleaning functions. If you need tea or other toiletries, they are free to take downstairs! 2) Location - nearest subway station is Ningyocho with the Asakusa and Hibiya lines. Absolute win being a 3min walk away, these help you get to many places! Akihabara is just 2 stations away! - also, Nakau is just across the street and I have never been so happy and grateful to have fresh hot food in such a close by 24 hours shop in the cold autumn! And then there's also like 2 7-11s and a Family mart nearby! - if it matters to you, Tokyo station is a short metro/subway ride away too, so getting to your shinkansen ride on time isn't too stressful 3) Service Staff - Are always there and make you feel welcome - and room cleaning is everyday!

The hotel is currently undergoing construction so it was a little obscured by scaffolding making it take a little longer for us to find it. The lobby of the hotel is very nice. It has a sitting area as well as a little freezer by the front desk which offers free ice cream to guests. By the elevators, they also had an amenities bar including all sorts of special shampoos and conditioners, face masks, and coffee and tea in addition to the typical toothbrushes and razors. We thought this was a very nice touch! The staff were great as well with some of them speaking English and those who did not having access to a translation device. During our stay, we had to ask for a replacement hair dryer and they were very apologetic for the issue and quickly sent someone up with a replacement which was very kind of them. The room was a nice size with a bed comfortable for two as well as a desk area by the TV complete with fridge, electric kettle, and coffee cups. The bathroom is very nice as well.

Exemplary services by the staffs. I actually misplaced my wallet on a bus on Tokyo and the staffs went and above and beyond to help me locate the wallet, calling the relevant lost and found contact (there are so many for the different bus services!) and eventually arranging for the wallet to be collected by a friend of mine as I had to rush for my return flight. Too bad I forgot to take down the names of the two gentlemen but they extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. Overall superb location as well, 5 minutes walk from the Ningyocho subway station and 10-15minutes walk from Ginza and the Tokyo station. Facility was extremely clean and the single room, while small, is cozy and comfortable.

This hotel has room for 3 person which no one has to sleep on sofa-bed or extra bed. All of us can sleep on the beds. The housemaid change our towels every single day. The room (for 3 person) didn't too small. The hotel is near Ningyocho station (Tokyo Metro), and you can walk to Tokyo station also. There are many restaurant around hotel even though you come late, your stomach can be full. I heard from my Japanese friend that the location (Ningyocho) is good and high quality for living in Tokyo. The staff can speak English well.

Very happy with this room, it meets all your needs. Probably a bit small for 2 people but if you're on your own like I was, the bed is a nice sized double, bathroom a good size, clean, good water pressure. They clean the rooms daily unless you request not to and it's always to a high standard. The staff at the front desk were very helpful too with any questions I had. The location is in a nice area, Nihonbashi, which is well connected. I stayed for 5 nights but could have been there longer.
